RETURNS
Online store purchases of preloved clothing or accessories can be returned for a refund WITHIN 7 days of the date the items are received. Any returns AFTER 7 days of receiving items, will no longer be accepted for return. All returned items MUST BE UNWASHED, UNWORN, AND UNDAMAGED. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once items have been returned to the sender.
How to Mail Back an Online Return
Contact info@fieldsofviolets.com for return label info. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days. As soon as your return is complete, we'll e-mail you and let you know.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
